"A World Out There"

"A World Out There" is an illustrative design I created for a class assignment. The assignment called for a skateboard design, fully done in Photoshop. The designs were later printed, and mounted on real skateboard decks.
I wanted to design a colorful and vibrant skateboard that would be reflective of my own personal style, but would also appeal to skateboarders alike.
Aliens and otherworldly creatures was something I wanted to incorporate as the basis of the design, as I wanted the design to explore themes of vastness and the universe. I sought to focus on the belief that there really is a world outside of our own, and all the possible beings and environments that surround them.
